We are accelerating our growth across all regions so we need ambitious people within our growth lifecycle team to help us nurture our leads through the entire sales funnelWe are therefore looking for a rockstar Lifecycle Assistant Manager who can help take our lead nurture programme to the next level.What You Will Be DoingBuild templates and deploy email campaigns - coordinating designers, copywriters, and campaign managers to deliver end-to-endConstantly monitor lifecycle email performance making sure all campaigns are running well and co-ordinate with CRM team to implement/make any changes to logicsTest automations once implemented and ensure all forms on the website are connected to a campaignPlan, implement and prioritize data-led multivariate (A/B/n) testing at scale (in cooperation with product, design, revenue and analytics teams) to improve Email metricsRequirementsExperience building email campaigns and customers journeysExperience with Hubspot is a plusProven track record of improving digital conversion rate and customer retention through on-site and off-site A/B testingStrong organisational and reporting skillsStrong background in customer acquisition, expansion, and retention techniques leading to revenue growthExperience with: Google Analytics, conversion optimisation tacticsStrong analytical skills and able to generate actionable insightsStrong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executivesExperience in a high-growth company is preferredBenefitsHealth and wellness benefitsPerformance-based bonuses and stock optionsEmployee friendly policiesGenerous vacation and time off benefits, including paid holidaysGenerally flexible working hourHybrid remote/in office working modelJob SummaryID: 0628658061Department: GrowthType: full time
