Digital is one of our key focus areas and few can compete with our top performing and fast paced Digital team.It`s such an exciting time for us in this space and due to growth, we have a fantastic opportunity and we are looking for a CRO Manager to join us.  This role is critical to easyJet’s Digital operations and will have the potential for huge impact on the company’s commercial performance. You`ll drive the optimisation of the Conversion Rate of easyJet’s digital properties (, the easyJet App and the easyJet Holidays website) embracing the company’s test and learn approach. You`ll have experience in running a CRO team, or within UX in a commercially focussed eCommerce environment as in this role you`ll lead the CRO team of developers, UX and analysts and collaborating with the wider Digital, Commercial, Proposition and Marketing teams you will identify opportunities for improvement. You`ll further enhance the test and learn culture and deliver improvements to core KPIs including overall conversion rates, ancillary attachment rate and cross sell between easyJet and easyJet Holidays. You will own KPIs around these key metrics and will lead on the reporting of these with key stakeholders.It`s an opportunity to leave your mark and be part of this exciting journey from the beginning as you`ll also work closely with the Head of Digital Experience to refine CRO capability vision and team strategy.Working here means finding ways to make things better, being inventive, getting on and achieving. Whether that’s working remotely, part time, or needing extra support when times are tough – we are always #happytotalkflex.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and own a flexible Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Roadmap that covers the entire User Experience & funnels across easyJet’s & easyJet Holidays’ core digital channelsOwn the entire testing process from managing backlogs, scoping out requirements, collating technical specifications, ensuring correct analytics setup, executing the tests, analyzing the performance, making recommendations for site developments based on the learningsManage internal resources, including UX designer and FE developers and working with the easyJet Digital Analytics team & our partner agencies to use MVT and A/B split test to deliver the CRO RoadmapUnderstand easyJet business objectives and Trading conditions, using these to inform decision makingDrive and evangilise easyJet’s digital MVT and A/B testing capabilities and initiativesCreate a systematic database to ensure knowledge and learnings are captured and intuitively accessibleRequirements of the Role Experience with multiple MVT, A/B, and Analytics tools (ideally Google Optimise)Experienced in extracting actionable results using a variety of tools and techniquesExperience with multiple user tracking tools & technologies (e.g. Clicktale,, Hotjar etc)Strong planning and organisation skills – ability to continuously manage and groom the CRO backlog, ensuring maximum capacity of testing candidates are ready for each sprint cycleUnderstanding of HTML, Javascript and Agile Development processesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build productive relationships both internally and externally with clear evidence of influencing skillsAbility to lead, develop and coach a team.Able to demonstrate strong communication skills that reflect self-awareness and confidence and experience presenting to key stakeholdersAble to develop, design and input into new processes in a fast paced, dynamic environmentAbility to work and deal with ambiguity in a changing international environment where multiple priorities need to be managedWe’ll give you the freedom to explore new opportunities.  We value new ideas. This is a vibrant place to work.
