How will I add value to this role?Work with key stakeholders across the business to support and execute trials in conjunction with the TalkTalk Group trial roadmap and the Change Framework.Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Trial and Trialists. This consists of internal and external customers who have agreed to take part in Trials.Become the focal point of contact to the business for the Trials service/system or change.Ensure all Trials are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.Lead on trial objectives and ensure these are in place and being tracked through regular updates with key stakeholders.Adhere to Trial processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency where possible.Ensure the Trial scope involves key processes, scenarios, customer and agent experience, and system/ product performance where applicable.Effectively communicate with all relevant departments to drive a high level of engagement and support.Develop new and existing customer relationships, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.You will need to have:Proven Project Manager or Trial Manager experience - defining objectives and expected outputs with key stakeholders.Experience creating and maintaining trial documentation in compliance with audit standards.Managing and Delivering strategy and gaining sign offExcellent organizational skillsExperience presenting to varying stakeholdersThe desire and drive to learn and progressBe great to have:Good telecoms awarenessWorking in an Agile environmentPRINCE2 / APM QualificationExperience with iGrafx processesMarketing or Data Analytics backgroundThe BenefitsWe value the importance of recognizing and rewarding our colleagues at TalkTalk.
