This role will be responsible for ensuring successful change adoption across the business for change initiatives. This may include:Assessing business readiness for new and changing network, client and product features (e.g. monitoring and altering, training, etc.)Supporting key stakeholders with scoping business change, including operational requirementsMaintaining the Visa Direct launch model (Implementation Playbook)Developing and creating the Network Partner Implementation PlaybookDevelopment and maintenance of the Push to Wallet Implementation PlaybookManaging training and communication to ensure successful implementation of change initiativesAssessing the readiness of functional teams to accept new and changing products/services into BAU through creation of Operational Acceptance Criteria (OAC)Enabling and supporting functional teams to operationalise change (e.g. update to process documentation, training etc.)Leading handover from implementation team to BAU teamsSupporting in assessing business change opportunities and involved in go/no-go decisionsLeading and supporting regional resourcesWhat we expect of you, day to day. This role will report to the Head of Implementation and be responsible for ensuring implementation processes and procedures and clearly defined, and provide the necessary training and support to embed change initiatives into BAU. This position requires an experienced Readiness Manager with deep payments and operations experience and a proven ability to get things done and shall:Define, agree and adopt agreed operating model to support the launch and implementation plan for client and network implementations.Incubate and refine implementation processes and procedures for new product/services to a high degree of accuracy in their efforts to transition the implementation of these products/services to the business as usual (BAU) implementation teams as a stable, repeatable and scalable process.Ownership of the Client Launch Model and Network Partner Implementation Playbook, ensuring processes and procedures are updated for improvements and any changes are communicated to all impacted stakeholders.Liaise with function leads to evaluate the readiness to accept change into BAU and plan communication and training plans accordingly.Deliver comprehensive training and create relevant materials and artefacts such as implementation processes, implementation guides, presentations, forms, project plan, and use developed artefacts to handover when they are ready to move to BAU.Lead the handover from the implementation team to the BAU teams, ensuring all impacted stakeholders understand the change.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within both Visa payments Ltd and Visa Teams to ensure that Readiness can effectively support the deployment of the push to account products and related services.Subject matter expert in client and network configurations with deep understanding of client and network integration requirements to support processing in addition to interoperability and dependencies that should be considered to minimise implementation risk.Manage resource to perform business analysis and support with evaluating change opportunities and provide recommendations to inform go/no-go decision for change opportunities.Constantly create good functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, by being able to speak confidently and displaying a professional presence.Identify opportunities for process improvement and/or new methodologies to improve implementation processes.Line management responsibility for readiness analysts within the Team, with the ability to manage performance reviews and develop resources within the Team.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.QualificationsAbility to work under pressure, both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in terms of communication with managers and resources under difficult situations and deadlines.Ability to make decisions involving complex business and technical solutions where little or no precedence exists.Ability to apply understanding of systems and processes coupled with analytical ability to solve complex problems involving interfaces between various systems between Visa Payments Limited and Visa.Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team as well as operating alone, and ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task under pressing deadlines.Team collaboration demonstrated by desire and willingness to share knowledge with a broader team, be receptive to new ideas and changes to the standard operational procedures.Strong project management skills including experience evaluating readiness to adopt change and providing the necessary support, materials and training to ensure all teams successfully and smoothly adopt change in to BAU.Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, senior managers and all Visa Payments Ltd staff using collaborative approachAbility to communicate technical concepts in a clear and precise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Visio and Excel and Word are essential.Experience of Agile development methodologies is essential, preferably SAFe.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
