Date Posted:2022-07-21-07:00Country:United KingdomLocation:GBR01: Harlow, Essex, Kao One, Kao Park, Harlow, CM179NA, United KingdomJob Title: Senior Programme Manager Location(s):  Hybrid/Harlow – Must be willing to travel to Harlow/Glenrothes The Raytheon UK Weapons team is looking for an energetic and confident new team member to provide leadership and support to a high performing team and to grow the business.  This business works in a complex engineering and legislative environment, so requires someone who can create momentum within a programme, work effectively with other functions to deliver results and motivates the team to get the best from them.  This is a time of rapid growth, and the ability to instigate and drive change will be essential.  As will a willingness to get out and visit customers and suppliers both nationally and internationally most weeks.  Working within the Weapons team, as part of the wider Weapons and Sensors business unit, the successful candidate will need to execute and support a range of technically challenging programmes.  The role will need a person who is able to establish and grow effective relationships with both new and existing customers.  Success will require innovative thinking, forward planning, and an ability to react quickly to changes.
