If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.Your roleThe Execution Leader (Senior Manager) for NextGen Cyber Strategy reports to the NextGen Cyber Strategy Program Leader within the Deloitte Technology – Global CISO – Strategic Programs Organization. The role is responsible for NextGen:Act as lieutenant (second) to the NextGen Cyber Strategy Program Leader including – representing the NexGen Cyber Strategy Program Leader in meetings and acting in the capacity of the NexGen Cyber Strategy Program Leader in their absence.Lead and manage team of two Execution Managers including planning and prioritizationLead the Execution Management function including:Setup and planning activities including – support of project pre-planning and onboarding activities;Manage cross-program RAID processes providing reporting and tracking on escalated items impacting projects across the program; work with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and risks;Maintain project scope including management of the change request and exception processes;Manage project deliverable approval process and maintain the program deliverable tracker; manage project Go/No Go and closure processes.Coordination, management, and reporting activities including – manage program level metrics and reporting, documentation, and project artifact archival; prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc executive reports; prepare for and attend executive and leadership meetings, capture notes and track actions items; manage cross-program communications including management of the program mailbox.Integration activities including – assist with identification, tracking and management of interdependencies between projects, as well as external dependencies; support program and project managers with identification and management of critical path; identify and assist with mitigation of dependency issues and constraints; facilitate the flow of information and collaboration between project teams, leadership, and other program stakeholders.Quality assurance activities including – Facilitate project deliverable reviews for Deloitte Technology and Governance standards compliance (e.g., TOM, PDP/PDP-S, GCC)Resource management activities including – provide leadership and day to day guidance to junior staff (Coordinator Lead and Coordinators).
