Join us and make impact happen with a career at TikTok.The E-Commerce team seeks to further advance this mission by connecting buyers, sellers and content creators in one seamless, trusted online shopping experience.The EMEA Governance team seeks to inspire and preserve trust in TikTok eCommerce, by designing and implementing end-to-end Governance programs that enable a safe, trustworthy and thriving international marketplace.As the manager of the EMEA Governance Deployment Team, you will be leading a team of strategists and analysts responsible for the design, deployment and management of effective detection, enforcement, evaluation and maintenance solutions that make our governance framework a reality. Your team will work cross-functionally to ensure that our systems, infrastructure, workflows and internal guidance bring about the accurate and effective enforcement of our eCommerce policy standards. **This role can be based in London or Dublin**Responsibilities:- Drive hiring, performance management, prioritisation, execution, and delivery of KPIs across your team. - Implement frameworks and operating models that drive scale, accountability, and quality standards. - Be accountable for ensuring that our enforcement precision, recall, quality, and UX accurately reflect the goals of our Governance program. - Build strategic cross-functional partnerships (with Product, Data Science, Moderation, Education, and Ops) to enable your team's success.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above- 6+ years of relevant experience (in policy deployment or implementation, tech governance, or similar)- 2+ years experience in managing teams- Knowledge of the key policy and compliance issues affecting eCommerce seller, product, and content governance.- Experience working with detection models, moderation workflows, or enforcement infrastructure.- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities- Excellent communication skills (and fluent working English)- Experience in a start-up and/or high growth organisation and/or a mature Governance organisation- Experience in an eCommerce company, especially in a Consumer Safety, Risk Management or Trust & Safety capacity- Expertise in EMEA market-specific eCommerce regulatory and compliance nuances- Proficient in SQL or other data analysis tools- Product Management experienceTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
