In our CFCs - together with the proprietary software applications - we operate a world-class online grocery business that automates the single pick of products, ready for your online delivery.About the roleGroup IT within Ocado Technology provides the strategic direction, governance and delivery of the core IT services which enable Ocado group as a whole to deliver on its missions. We’re now looking for a Programme Manager to join the team, to manage multiple technical projects and programmes concurrently through the full project lifecycle, driving operational process and technology change across the group. This position is responsible for driving projects towards collaboration, innovation and value - delivering organisational change management, assessing business change readiness and managing senior stakeholders across the business to ensure appropriate sponsorship and acceptance of change. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, mentor and champion for project management best practice, with the ability to build a high performing team of project managers.This position is based at our office in Hatfield, travel may be required. We're also happy to talk flexible working with you!About youWe’re looking for a seasoned individual with extensive experience managing multiple projects and programmes through the full development lifecycle, across different domains. ERP experience is essential (ideally Oracle Fusion), as well as budget management and leadership/management of high performing teams.
