The successful candidate should have a strong results focus, have excellent attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and be a self-starter.  Key Responsibilities and Activities: Staff three groups of AAG experts (AAG Delivery Team, AAG ringfences and ACE Consultants) in a timely and appropriate manner by balancing indivdual professional development needs with client needs and the best interests of the firmSupport the AAG EMEA Talent Operations Director on devising and executing Talent strategy initiatives as neededEngage with the relevant talent populations regularly to understand current PD needs, future aspirations and staffing preferencesManage communication of staffing decisionsUnderstand the Bain case process and how AAG team members contribute to client resultsCollaborate with Bain Partners, Managers and AAG leadership around staffing decisions – including proactive and thoughtful discussionsEnsure that staffing processes, policies and communications are consistent, transparent, understood and fair to all stakeholdersEnsure staffing databases are accurate and up to dateCollaborate with LATAM, EMEA and APAC staffing managers as neededContinuously improve regional staffing processes and support global staffing initiatives as requiredPersonal Attributes:Strong project management skillsPassion for developing team membersStrong attention to detailProfessoinal and approachableAble to deal with highly confidential informationExcellent communication skillsThrive in being in a fast-paced, high-action environment Enjoy the challenge of getting the right pieces in place at the right timeCalm, helpful and flexible mannerProficient organization, prioritization and time management skillsTeam player, but able to work on own initiativeStrong EQ Open to explore and test new team management programs Qualifications:5+ years professional experienceBachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree a +Previous staffing or HR/professsional development people experienceExcellent time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-taskPeople management experienceUnderstanding of Advanced Analytics a plusProven organizational and administrative skillsLimited Travel
