Additionally, the scope is to oversee the strategic relationship with BIN sponsors across Europe, to support the roll out and successful adoption of new commercial frameworks.Familiarity of fintech programmes (Fast Track, Visa Ready) and the BIN sponsor ecosystem are key to help promote and secure the use of Visa products and services to grow our mutual businesses.Key Responsibilities Drive revenueBe the lead interface for Visa AEs and their assigned European BIN Sponsors (clients) on strategic interactions, engaging across multiple levels within Visa to grow client’s business with Visa. Drive the roll-out of the new BIN sponsor commercial framework across Europe.Develop the overarching strategy for the client portfolio togetherDevelop a framework and strategy for VAS commercialization.Ensure retention of Visas existing business with the clients and proactively identify opportunities for new products/services, develop commercial propositions which enable growth at client portfolio level.Meet targets for net revenue, profitable payments volume and other strategic objectives.Own and evolve current fintech offering e.g Fintech Fast Track, Fintech-in-a-Box, BIN Sponsor strategy, etc.Create a European wide capability map for client’s portfolio and gain market intelligence.Reduce Cost to Serve Engage with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, client services, risk) to ensure joint up approach and support AEs new business efforts.Support AEs with the new BIN sponsors commercial framework adoption, define and monitor success metrics to assess effectiveness.Track contractual agreements and manage variations against forecast.Increase Preference  Demonstrate good knowledge of all Visa products and services, identify opportunities aligned to clients requirements through collaboration, build high quality relationshipsRecommend initiatives that have mutual benefit to the Clients and Visas business priorities (e.g. adoption of new Visa capabilities, penetration of value-added services).Champion Visa within fintech space and fintechs within Visa to build mutual understanding of goals and needsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.QualificationsSolid understanding of current fintech offering within Visa e.g. Fast Track, Fintech Connect, Visa Ventures, Fintech-in-a-Box, Path to Growth frameworksStrong knowledge of BIN Sponsors and Issuer Processors and their role in the ecosystemExperience of supporting fintech AEs win complex deals involving fintechs and BIN SponsorsA curious mind-set with excellent knowledge of the payments and Visa business.Ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholders.Commercial understanding, the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.Proven influencing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to priorities and manage multiple work-streams simultaneously, meeting set deadlines.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
