The Senior Technology Program Manager for corporate actions automation will lead and deliver a critical program to automate corporate actions process by implementing a suitable solution.The program manager will work closely with business, operations and technology stakeholders in Citi Global Wealth to define the program scope, requirements, schedule, budget and deliver a high quality solution in phased manner as per multi year roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Provide end to end program management including scope, schedule, financial, resources, vendors, stakeholders and communication management.Define requirements by leading a team of business analysts.Define target solution in collaboration with enterprise and solution architects.Ensure system designs and solutions are as per Citi policies, and procedures and guidelines.Analyze vendor solutions to ensure best fitment.Understand Citi Global Wealth application landscape and define integration of the solution.Set up an agile program team to deliver the solution. Provide techno-functional leadership to the team.Collaborate with vendor teams, developers, testing teams and the users to build, test and go-live with the solution.Develop Program Governance Decks, Program/Project Charter, Program Milestones, RAID log.Represent the program in various senior management forums.Person SpecificationKnowledge/Experience: 15+ years of total experience as a Techno-functional Project / Program Manager in delivering technology programs in large, global, complex financial services organizations.Solid experience in building corporate actions solutions, preferably in wealth management industry.Experience of implementing vendor solutions for corporate actions.Certifications like Prince, PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI PgMP will be preferredExpertise in delivering programs using various SDLC methodologies, especially agile.Strong in Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.Required Skills:Ability to quickly grasp and articulate in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forums.Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelinesWritten and verbal communication, including technical writing skills-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Project and Program Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Program Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
