Programme Manager - Delegated Authority Experience Essential London - Onsite 3 days per weekPERMCompetitive Salary + bonus + Comp BenefitsMy client, a large Insurance Company who sits within the Lloyds Syndicate, is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of the Delegated Authority Programme and aligned to that, an evolving set of transformation initiatives under the Future@Lloyd's Programme. The Delivery Lead will need to have a clear understanding of the commercial drivers and business imperatives for these two key Programmes and contribute to the development and delivery of an overarching strategy for both.Key Duties IncludeUnderstanding the DA/F@L landscape for the client on a global basis and the different types of change initiatives to implement proportionate and fit for purpose programme delivery approaches and plans, including the downstream impacts on the client's technology landscape, Operational/Underwriting processes and associated governance/controlsWork with Stakeholders and manage Product teams including Product Owners and Product Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers and external vendors to promote and support 'best practice' to ensure new initiatives and deliverables are understood, evaluated, prioritised and implemented to plan and to budgetResource planning across the DA/F@L Portfolios, proactive in making recommendations on flexing resources as needed to support development, testing of the delivery pipeline; interview, directly manage and support additional (permanent, contract or consultant) team members as needed.Maintain a backlog of all development and delivery activities for the DA/F@L PortfoliosImplement and maintain an appropriate level of organisation and governance to support the DA/F@L Portfolios, in line with the client's Agile governance structure, including running and reporting to the respective Executive Action Team (EAT) meetingsDevelop status reporting on development and testing activities the DA/F@L Portfolios, including dashboard type reporting showing development/test tracking and results for the respective Executive Action Team (EAT) meetings.Supporting the client's Agile Transformation - the Delivery Lead is also responsible for implementing, maintaining and championing Agile practices at both the Team and Portfolio level.Key Skills and Experiences Delivery Lead or Programme Manager with demonstrable experience of successful delivery of multi department/ business area programs of work including understanding a deep understanding of the importance of the People, Process, Technology and Data elements in delivering successful and enduring changeAgile and Scaled Agile practices - you know about and can lead on a range of Agile and Scaled Agile tools and techniques, and be an advocate for these tools and techniques.Extensive Delegated Authority programme/project experience within the Financial Services or Insurance Sector.If you are available and interested, please apply today!Carbon60, Lorien, SRG - the Impellam Group STEM Portfolio is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.100,000 per AnnumANNUMPermanentCity of London, London, England, UKCity of LondonLondonGBREC3A 4AFJob Ref:BBBH34174Sector:PMO & project management Date Added:08 September 2022
