Job Description:Job Title: Operations Onboarding ManagerCorporate Title: Vice President    Location: Chester Role Description:Identify report(s) based on existing criteria for the transfer into the Global Markets NFRR teamConduct health assessments which includes understanding clear FTE requirements, the effectiveness of controls, determination of process risks, and executing plans to incorporate the reporting process into the Global Markets NFRR team. Understand the requirements of the Regulatory Reporting policy and other applicable policies / standardsUnderstand the applicable regulatory reporting requirements from the regulator(s) and the end to end report submission processResponsible for the identification, tracking, and remediation of data issues and control enhancements that impact the respective reports Define the requirements for a successful transition Establish credible, collaborative, and influential relationships with key regional stakeholders across Operations, Technology, FLU and ComplianceParticipate and represent the reporting function to control partners (e.g., Audit and Compliance) Partner with the NFRR Regulatory Interpretation team on all changes to regulatory requirements. Partner with technology team in providing requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify strategic sourcing of data (via Authorized Data Source (ADS)) and enhance controls.The Team:This role will serve as an EMEA Regulatory Reporting Onboarding Manager responsible for delivering plans needed to onboard non-financial regulatory reports from Global Markets Operation to the Global Markets NFRR team Core Skills:Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5+ years of Banking experience; Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferredGlobal Markets, Risk/Compliance Operations and regulatory reporting experienceAbility to provide clear oral and written communication to a variety of business and technical audiences.Regulatory Reporting and analytics experience within FLU/CF, Finance or OperationsHands on approach with controls and process excellence mind setAbility to influence and drive progress across key business partnersAbility to prioritize work and adapt to changing needs in a dynamic work environmentSelf-starter, takes initiativeDriver of changeDesired Job Skills:Audit experienceExperience with major regulatory programs, implementations and interaction via exams, periodic routines, etc.Bank of America:Every day, across the globe, our employees bring a commitment to our purpose and to driving responsible growth by living our values: deliver together, act responsibly, realize the power of our people and trust the team.
