The ability to step back and understand the bigger picture and potential  trade=offs required at each decision point is vital. Specifically, role duties will include:1.    Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of lane Staffing demand/supply. This role will be accountable for the timely, efficient, balanced approach to AC Staffing and will include the overall implementation and ongoing development of the 'Staffing 3.0' strategy. It will need to take into account the often competing and differing demands of the General Consulting population and the businesses' overall commercial needs.
