Your role Based in our EMEA Headquarters in Henley-on-Thames, the Senior Strategy & Execution Manager will support and work closely on various matters, issues, projects, and opportunities that relate to these responsibilities, becoming a valued member of the Strategic Planning team and working as part of the COO team in EMEA.Sounds interesting? As the Senior Strategy & Execution Manager you will:Support the execution of key strategic projects associated with the EMEA business, working in partnership with EMEA senior management and their teamsActively contribute to the delivery of the overall strategic plan and annual prioritiesConduct market analysis across general and specific topics as well as keep abreast of industry trends and changesPrepare high quality presentation materials and reports for the CEO of Invesco EMEA, e.g., for client visits and regulatory meetings, Board materials, as well as other regular EMEA reportsOrganise various management meetings, including managing and driving agendas, attendee lists, content, presentations, actions and feedbackExecute other business strategy and business management support related tasks as required of the teamContribute to the composition of the portfolio of work for the overall team, highlighting areas of focus, key priorities and development opportunities for individualsWork across EMEA with a broad set of stakeholders from different function across Invesco (sales and client service, marketing, product, finance, operations, legal and compliance, etc.)We are looking for you to bring significant experience working in a strategy consultancy type role or experience in strategic planning/business operations.
