Actuarial Reporting Manager - 60,000 - 65,000This role would suit someone who is looking for a varied combination of BAU work & project work as there will be scope to get involved in different teams.The role is key to enabling accelerated quarterly reporting and improving business understanding of results and supporting the explanation and analysis on a monthly basis of the impact of key drivers of Aviva UK Life’s financial results, in order to provide insight into sources of profit and loss.Skills and experience we’re looking for:Responsible for detailed review of both SII and IFRS financial results on a monthly/quarterly basis and consulting on and making judgements regarding results presentationEnsuring that results accurately reflect business and regulatory change initiativesCollaborating closely with stakeholders across the finance function and wider business e.g., finance business partneringRegular presentation of results to senior stakeholders and responsibility for resolution of queriesInvolvement in both business-led and regulatory change projects to assess reporting impactsWhat you’ll get for this role:Salary circa 60,000 – 65,000 depending on location, skills, experience, and qualificationsGenerous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)Eligibility for annual performance bonusFamily friendly parental and carer’s leave29 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional daysUp to 40% discount for Aviva productsBrilliant flexible benefits including electric carsAviva Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme21 volunteering hours per yearAviva is for everyone:We are inclusive – we want applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.Excited but not sure you tick every box?
