Job TitleGroup FP&A ManagerSectorFinanceLocationBerkshireTypePermanentSalary80000-90000 Bonus + Excellent BenefitsGroup FP&A ManagerBerkshire- Hybrid working arrangementsSalary circa. 80,000 - 90,000 + Bonus and excellent benefitsThe RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our client on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will drive all aspects of financial planning, data analysis and insight to optimise financial performance, investment and cash flow whilst supporting the business in maintaining customer experience, profitability and competitive advantage all within appropriate accounting rules, regulation and governance.Key Accountabilities:Responsible for and driving the group budgeting and planning process, taking the regional/country finance teams as well as functional teams on the journeyOwning all budget deliverables and ensuring they are produced to the desired quality and timetable/deadlinesFinancial authority for budgeting across the P&L, Balance Sheet (incl. Working Capital) forboth the annual and other in-year cyclesDeveloping and maintaining good working relationships with the regional/country finance teamsResponsible for delivery of all Group management reporting as part of the month-end process - providing quality variance analysis and insight into the drivers of variances, applying œtell me something I did not know attitude.Responsibility for Medium Term Planning (MTP) that forecasts and drives business performance over 5 year horizon in line with strategic prioritiesThrough insight, will drive holistic cost optimisation and productivity agenda to deliver short, medium and long term goals.Providing financial modelling support for strategic Finance and Business change projects.Supporting the development and upskilling of the FP&A team, driving value through efficiency and resource utilisationSteward, lead and partner with the business, to ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with, and in the spirit of, local legislative requirements, and enhance and protect the business for now and the futureKey Skills & experience:The successful candidate will possess a professional accounting qualification along with significant experience of FP&A, management reporting and insight, ideally within an international finance function / medium to large matrix structure.Commercially minded with a business partnering mindsetData-led approach to solving complex problems and driving insightHFM, SAP, Qlik (or similar) experience welcomeAble to work within ambiguity and change - operating in complex environmentGood communication skills - influencing and engaging audiences, incl. senior leadersResilience - able to work under pressure of deadlines and in multi-stakeholder settingTo apply, please use the Apply Online' link below.For any further queries regarding the role, please contact
