We continuously monitor new rule developments and other ongoing changes to the prudential regulatory capital landscape whilst covering all aspects of prudential policy, including risk weighted assets (RWAs), capital resources, and the leverage ratio, across a full range of risk areas, e.g. credit risk, counterparty credit risk, securitisation, market risk...The team ensures the timely review and notification of new developments in prudential policy regulation which affect the calculations of RWAs, leverage ratio, and capital resources, as well as any related regulatory reporting impacts, and provides policy support as part of advocacy and implementation efforts. This role will have a key focus on the capital resources, total loss absorbing capacity, leverage and prudential consolidation rules, advising the treasury function on the interpretation and application of the rules.
