You will manage a team of one or more Account Executives and you will be able to experiment and innovate your client’s activity via new beta and tactics.You will be part of Artefact Retail, a collective of 40+ individuals experienced in media planning and activation for retailers and e-tailers. If you have a passion for retail, data and are looking to make a positive impact on the PPC activity of the best department store in the World, this is the role for you!Main responsibilitiesManage the day-to-day communication with your client, building and maintaining strong working relationships Ensure PPC best practices are implemented throughout your work and across your team for consistent, high quality outputEnsure performance is monitored closely against client goals and meets agreed KPIsDevelop a strong insight into each client's campaigns and provide well-informed, strategic advice the client in a proactive wayWork with the Account Director to develop a strategy plan for your clientLiaise with third party providers like Google and feed providerPropose and implement meaningful A/B testingConduct daily checks for your accounts to spot anomalies or potential issuesProactively maintain a full understanding of Paid search, following industry blogs and being updated on the latest newsEnsure that everyone you manage has regular appraisals, clear objectives and a career plan to work towards and that they have the skills required to meet your client’s objectivesSkills requiredThree years’ paid search agency experienceAdvanced knowledge and understanding of PPC Experience in managing Google Shopping campaignsExcellent project management and prioritisation skills, with experience of managing a teamAbility to multi-task in a fast-moving environmentExcellent numerical and forecasting skillsExperience in running large budget accountsGood communication and inter-personal relationship skills, with the ability to communicate complicated concepts simply and effectivelyStrong problem-solving/troubleshooting skillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Advanced knowledge of one or more of these bid management tools: Marin, DoubleClick for Search and KenshooEager to be up to date on the latest changes in the search marketing industry
