And with strong Private Equity Investors from Advent International and Eurazeo, we are well set up to win.We know that it’s our people that differentiates who we are and what we do…and that is why we are keen to hire world class talent like you. What you will doThis role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of our Digital Onboarding and Service Programme. It will report to the Chief Product Owner and will require working with teams across the sales, risk, operational, product and tech functions. At the highest level there are three key accountabilities:Ensure that the programme is on track to deliver the VALUE committed to the board and shareholdersEnsure that the right PEOPLE (resources) are in place to ensure the delivery of the programme outcomesManage the PROCESS that underpins the delivery of the outcomesThe successful individual will need to be comfortable working with different teams across the organisation, be familiar with Agile delivery processes, be resourceful and have an “execution and delivery mindset.”RESPONSIBILITIES:Set up the “Programme Delivery Office”Track and report the key programme milestones and outcomes to the COO (again, ensuring consistent with Agile delivery)Work with the SVP, Digital Onboarding and Service to ensure that the key Agile Ceremonies are in place and operational for the product teamEstablish and run the process and drumbeat to ensure the programme is delivered (ensuring this is consistent with Agile delivery) – including coordination of governance processEnsure that the resources and capabilities required to deliver are identified and work with the teams to ensure they are in placeMaintains an integrated view of all Initiatives in the transformation and oversees tracking of change health and risk mitigationTriangulate and challenge to ensure that the milestones and outcomes are on track. It will be important to do this in an effective way and maintains and enhance relationships across the organisationIdentify and anticipate roadblocks to delivery and work with the organisation to mitigate and pre-empt themMaintain and manage a short-term action register – and ensure that actions have accountable owners, and the owners are clear what is expected of themMaintain and manage a dependency tracker that identifies and ensures that programme dependencies are suitable managedManage the risk register and ensure that key risks have clear mitigation plans and ensure these mitigations are deliveredBuild effective relationships across sales, risk, operations, product, tech to help deliver the programme effectivelyBuild the small programme team that will help deliver the aboveLead, inspire, mentor and manage this teamletWhat you will need to bring to PlanetKEY QUALITIESProven track record of driving change; commitment to realizationAble to push back on leadership team – not just an order takerDemonstrated ability to build and manage teams and highly dynamic situationsAbility to integrate and coordinate across multiple inputs and moving parts towards the larger goalHas an 80/20 sense of what matters, and whenAbility to deal with both complexity and scaleQUALIFICATIONS:A track record of developing and mentoring great talent, and building and motivating high achieving teams5-7 years’ experience in running and leading complex change programmes, with a track record of successful outcomesExperience in leading digital / technology programmesComfort and experience working in a “product delivery” organisationAgile certified – SCRUM Master or Product Owner training3+ years’ experience in managing and leading teamsDigital payment experience preferredHigh level of aptitude in technology such as MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), GSuite, and CRMs such as HubSpot, and SalesforceDemonstrated experience interacting with all levels of management, operational performance metric reporting and analyticsLanguages – fluent English, other languages beneficialWhat do we offer and why should you join us?We don’t shy away from wanting to hire great people to deliver amazing things for our customers.
