You could work within:Business TransformationPre-sales/ Bid managementProcess OptimisationApplication RationalisationApplication Management In our team you will learn:How to provide solutions to real world problems across a variety of industries, whilst referencing past deliveries of end-to-end SAP implementations.Insight into Accenture’s integrative operating model by working alongside other parts of our company (Strategy & Consulting, Operations, Interactive) to achieve the best outcome for our clients.As a SAP Programme Manager / HCM / SuccessFactors you will be responsible for:Project Planning, Project risk & Issue management for the delivery of SAP HCM productsManagement of the technical analysis and documentation of integrated systemsProvide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory servicesSuggest solutions to customer based on leading practiceProvide guidance on test plans and end-user documentationStakeholder management & management of Client expectationsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:Strong experience in SAP Project delivery through the full project lifecycle (Analyse thru Deployment)The ability to implement a team culture and communicate effectively with people at all levels.Background in an SAP functional domain with hands on delivery experience is highly desirableThe ability to develop enduring relationships of mutual trust with people.The ability to manage programme risks and issues.Strong experience managing SAP delivery teams, design teams, build teams, test teamsUnderstanding of similar competitor SAP providers (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle, Workday) is beneficialImplementation and delivery experience, which should include at least 3 full project lifecyclesSet yourself apart:By demonstrating your experience with any of the following:Proven success in contributing within a team environmentDemonstrated leadership skillsProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentOnshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries   Hands-on delivery in major IT Transformation ProgrammesWhat’s in it for you:At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 25 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!About Accenture:Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital capabilities across all of these services.
