Catalent Pharma Solutions are looking to recruit a FP&A Manager to support our activities at our Swindon facility.The FP&A Manager will report into the Finance Director and will provide performance analysis on Product volumes, Direct and Indirect costs, Headcount, Development Projects and Capital Projects.The Role Ensure accurate headcount tracking and forecasting with HR and Senior LeadershipData control for forecast, budget and site P&L historyIdentify areas of improvement of cost allocation between base and direct (in collaboration with Controllership & BU Finance)Accurate financial planning of the Commercial, Development & Other revenue streamsPrepare the weekly Sales FlashForecasting of Capex expenditure Business partner with the senior leadership teamMonthly review of direct cost and waste forecast with cost centre owners, including review of KPIs (to be designed)Lead the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning processes for direct & indirect costs, working with senior leadership team and presenting to VP levelThe CandidateDemonstrable commercial deliveryManufacturing accounting experienceCIMA/ACCA/ACAUS GAAP revenue reporting an advantageKnowledge of JD Edwards and/or OneSource (consolidations) an advantageAdvance Excel capabilities are requiredPosition BenefitsCompetitive Annual SalaryPensionPrivate MedicalAnnual BonusCatalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!  Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life-saving and life-enhancing products to patients around the world.
