Job Description:Job Title: Senior Audit ManagerLOB: Audit / EMEA Corporate AuditCorporate Title: Vice PresidentLocation: LondonThe EMEA Corporate Audit team is recruiting for a Senior Audit Manager within the Enterprise Support Functions (ECF) Audit team. The successful candidate will lead the regional anticipatory coverage and the regional issue validation team. This is a management role with a broad mandate of proactive identification of emerging risks and delivering audits to address them. Additionally, the role includes an oversight of the issue validation process as well as a team oversight.Reporting to the Audit Director, the role contributes to the implementation of the regional audit strategy and interconnectivity with audit partners in other regions. The role will offer exposure to senior audit and business management in the EMEA region as well as peers globally.Responsibilities:Preparation of the audit strategy for anticipatory audit coverage including routines to track external and internal events impacting the regional risk profile and delivery of corresponding auditsOversight of the issue validation process through its key stages of issue onboarding, early triage of validation requirements, effective interim and final validation in line with policy requirements, timely issue closure and detailed management reporting Coaching and developing the teamExternal (business) and internal (audit) stakeholder routines The Team:The EMEA ECF audit team currently comprises of more than 20 Auditors with diverse experience and skills. The team is well diversified in relation to knowledge and experience, gender, ethnicity and with focus on valuing every associate’s contribution and helping associates to develop and progress their careers and achieve their goals. Core Skills:Good understanding of the company’s risk profile as well as the control environment in the EMEA region to manage the anticipatory risk coverage Broad skill set given the dynamic nature of anticipatory coverage requirementsGood understanding of the issue validation process and policy requirements and strong project management skills to be able to dynamically oversee all stages of the issue validation processConfident interpersonal and motivation skills to lead the team consisting of seasoned/experienced auditors and junior members in multiple locations.
