Job TitleProgram ManagerJob Description SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to join our Technology team to oversee the entire program lifecycle, from definition and planning through to execution and close-out.The role will be responsible for leading, influencing and motivating a team of project managers in a highly complex environment with multiple competing priorities and interdependencies. You must be able to anticipate stakeholder needs and successfully manage changes in project scope, schedule, budget, and resources. You will be working alongside senior business leadership, including C-level executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading multiple technology project delivery teams for large scale enterprise programs to a successful conclusion. This will include delivering process changes and solutions to the business in a cost effective and timely manner.Job DescriptionYour core responsibilities will include:Plan and manage a large program consisting of multiple complex projects. Drive delivery of project work through other project managers and project team members.Ensure that projects come in on time, within budget and according to scope, and that they are aligned to program goals.Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritise opportunities to achieve the goals of the enterprise.Direct and be accountable for change management within your program domain. Develop change management plans, including training and communications.Manage dependencies with other projects, programs, or work streams.Step in to manage projects or aspects of projects within the programs you own, as needed.Anticipate and mitigate risk by continuous assessment to determine whether the implementation plans meet stakeholder requirements and will achieve strategic objectives.Identify opportunities to improve business and technical processes.Mentor project managers to refine their individual project management skills and behaviours.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree10+ years of prior relevant experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects and programsProject management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculumExperience working with enterprise CRM, financial and HR solutionsCross functional experience across business operations and technologySkills and personal qualities:Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail including ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslySolution oriented with keen ability to think strategically and execute methodicallyAnalytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to support assumptionsA clear focus on the customer’s needsAbility to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholdersExpertise in project management methodology and techniques, including, but not limited to: integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource planning, communications, risk management and mitigation, procurement, and stakeholder managementClear communicator with ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesSummaryLocation: London, United KingdomType: Full time
