The opportunityProject:Combining traditional property and infrastructure consultancy services with a strategic perspective, our strategic advisory team offers a breadth of solutions unequalled in the market. We have a strong track record of undertaking complex property and broader place-focused programmes, projects and ventures on behalf of a diverse range of clients. You will help us provide specialist input working with all facets of the Mace consult and wider group service capability.To support and maintain our growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a strategic advisor to join our practice at a senior manager level. In particular, we are interested in experienced candidates with a proven track record in the following areas:Place shapingStrategic asset managementFeasibility studies and HMT-compliant business casesFinancial modellingAssurance and strategic risk analysisAdvising on property and FM service solutionsPerformance improvementChange managementDigitalisation of the built environmentStrategic procurementRegeneration and housingInfrastructureDecarbonisation and energy strategyManaging complex multiple stakeholdersYou will play a key role within engagement teams focused on exceeding our clients' expectations. In addition, you will be expected to support our senior leadership team to grow and develop the business.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting engagements, including investigation, analysis and writing reports and business cases.Ensuring excellence in client liaison and service, maintaining, and developing a professional relationship with key members within our clients' organisations.Providing appropriate skills and support to business development - developing new business opportunities and working to support a range of bidactivities.Managing own workload and work independently as well as part of a team.About youYou have a degree in engineering, finance, surveying, or similar background. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace hasto offer.
