Come join us!The FP&A Manager is accountable for owning the planning processes (quarterly, annual and long term business plans) and the workforce planning.Your role will see you working very closely with the Exec board and FP&A Business partners to drive and deliver robust quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. You will develop and own the 5 year business plan model. Your role will provide the perfect platform for you to use your experience to spot and identify opportunities and performance issues to help accelerate growth and avoid risks. You will be the primary custodian of Operating expenses and consistently challenge the business on Opex efficiencies including the workforce management.
