Manage the framework within which the transformation portfolio is createdPrepare the business for new ways of working & provide support with governanceAbout Our ClientA construction company.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Transformation PMO Manager include:Lead and drive the introduction, set up and embedding of a programme management office and related capabilities, creating common understanding, integrated planning and common ways of working across the change community.Develop an integrated transformation delivery plan identifying the critical path and dependencies.Monthly reporting process and transformation governance support. Gathering the reporting inputs and shaping into decisions and risks to be mitigated. Provide comprehensive programme / project plans including presentation of portfolio level metrics and progress reports to the Steerco.Manage the issues, risks and dependencies, required to articulate mitigations, resolutions plans and drive path forward for high-level work items and work with service delivery leaders to take corrective action as neededCreate a 'Centre of Excellence' to build project management capabilities with a focus on delivery of benefits.Provide monthly support to Projects Leads with Project Monitoring & Reporting.
