As a Barclays Fraud Programme Manager, you will be defining and owning the content and direction of Application Journey Fraud Change Programmes, in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects. You will be working with a team tasked with running, maintaining and transforming all customer processes and interaction as well as underlying technology platforms.

We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.
What will you be doing?•    Creating and maintaining Plans (from Product Owner roadmap) and Backlog Management
•    Establishing and driving delivery disciplines, cadence and standards for the future team
•    Owning issues/blockers status and resolution, and same for identifying / managing risks facing the feature team (may be reliant on support from others to mitigate)
•    Owning and tightly controlling Financial and Resource profiling / forecasting
•    Managing dependencies both within and external to Fraud Technology
•    Owning the delivery status reporting and accuracy of the facts
•    Managing performance of direct reports
•    Ensuring the wider organization is engaged and aligned to feauture team needs, including timely pre-emptive governance, approvals and dispensationsWhat we’re looking  for:•    Experience of Agile delivery methodologies and practical experience of managing sprint-based deliveries
•    Ability to conceive original and practical solutions to complex and business critical problems
•    Ability to develop internal and external business relationships and use own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others opinions and actions
•    Sound commercial judgement and overall knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, particularly the business impact of the regulatory environment

Skills that will help you in the role:•    Possess expertise in change management methods and tools, in particular the Change Management methodology and governance standards
•    Knowledge of the roles, responsibilities and value-add of Barclays Change Management
•    Ability to use the Change Management Project Management method and toolkit
•    Knowledge of Strategic Change Execution Board Standard, Group Change Governance framework and Group-mandated Business Change methods

Where will you be working?Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton. Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
