Job Description:Job Title: Treasury F&S Manager ICorporate Title:  up to Vice President  Location: Chester Role Description:Currently seeking an Operations Project Manager to support a number of key projects/initiatives for our Card business.The position reports to the Head of Commercial Card Servicing and Operations and will be responsible for leading the operational deployment of new projects and initiatives, based in Chester, for multi-regions. Main responsibilities will involve:Manage large/medium sized work streams required as part of the strategic development of the Commercial Card product across multi-regionsRepresent Servicing & Operations on all projects/initiatives ensuring that appropriate tech solutions are built around operation requirementsAct as the conduit between Servicing & Operations and other stakeholders/lines of businessImplement both Operational & Technical projects within the area, being a contact for external vendors and internal global partnersOverall management of the operational impacts to the business with regards to the projects ensuring these have been actioned and completed in accordance with timescales and budget for all regionsWork with the relevant teams in region and globally to ensure all handoffs and communication between the parties operates smoothlyWork with Servicing & Operation teams to develop and deliver controlled process and procedures for the execution of the projects.Develops project plans including estimates of costs and resources required to deliver projectLead Operational Excellence initiativesEnsure all relevant project governance is followed and completedEnsure all team are aware of new functionality/changes in advance of launchThe Team:The team consists of approximately 50 servicing and operations professionals whose primarily focus is providing the servicing and operational needs of the Bank of America’s Commercial Card business for International (EMEA & APAC).
