These projects are often of high visibility and have the potential to make significant contributions to business objectives. You will be leading projects in partnership with Procurement or the business. Using your specialized knowledge and in-depth expertise, you will proactively manage and / or be part of a team of experts that delivers initiatives across the globe and Business Areas. You will work closely with procurement, business stakeholders, and other relevant colleagues either as a peer, coach, project/workstream lead, or subject matter lead, to align on needs, create the business case for change, priorities, execute, and implement business goals to realisation.Your key responsibilities include:Your successful performance and contribution depend on the full embodiment and demonstration of core mindsets and behaviors, including an entrepreneurial spirit, enterprise thinking, inclusive collaboration, and desire for continuous learning that underpin our culture and ways of working.As a Sr. Procurement Productivity Manager , you will play a variety of roles according to your experience, knowledge, and general requirements, such as:Acting as a domain knowledge and subject matter expert, providing input, advice, and know-how on project management methodologies, agile projects (e.g. Scrum) and complex project delivering including non-commercial leversDeveloping, overseeing, and improving methodologies for complex initiatives such as Make vs Buy, business case development, behavioural change and pilot new technology and AI driven changes for efficiency in deliveryAdvocating and accelerating the advancement of agile and lean project methodologies, and structured approaches for managing major initiativesYou will work within the broader team and GP networks and squads to determine the other various roles needed to deliver project and foundational work. You bring the following skills, mindsets, and behaviors:SkillsYou hold a university degree, with a business degree preferable. You also have  7+ years within procurement, project management, or management consulting, ideally in a matrix organization, and demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of advanced project delivery that includes change that uses non-commercial levers. In addition, you have:Agile project deliveryStrong Excel modelling, Tableau or other data exploration tools and data driven approaches preferable The ability to communicate difficult or moderate complexity concepts/ideas and effectively negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view, approach, or endorse/use proposal/solution.Business level fluency in English (German may be beneficial for certain positions).Mindset and BehaviorsYou strive to act as an enterprise thinker and leverage knowledge and expertise to create solutions for business customers by proactively fostering collaboration, including across the procurement network.You are action-oriented and can make decisions and influence others to do the same; you repurpose work and ideas in favor of starting from scratch. You demonstrate curiosity, active listening, and a willingness to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate, focusing on continuous learning and improvement.You work with colleagues across procurement, business, and the broader Roche organization to broaden knowledge and expertise, better understand customer needs, and connect the dots.You are open-minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others.When submitting your application please upload a resume/CV in English and a cover letter (if relevant).
