In close relationship with Group procurement and PPS managers. Strong focus on IT procurement, recruitment and payment services providers. In very fast growing organisation with 7m costs with double digit YoY growth, the Procurement manager will bring value, expertise, method, analysis and savings to support PPS growth.Main dutiesLeads PPS procurement process with mainly an IT, recruitment and payment procurement focusCover PPS in all its geography (currently predominantly  UK spend)Strong interaction and dotted line with Group procurement director ; supported by Group IT purchasing to ensure PPS is aligned with Group priorities as well as benefiting from Group discountDefines PPS IT procurement strategy and priority with the PPS management (CFO and CTO)  in coordination with Group Purchasing Director supported with Group IT buyer, and target savings.Defines non-IT procurement strategy, priority and target savings, especially for recruitment strategy and fees, and for third party providers to support paymentLaunch tenders, from the RFI to the contract phase, in collaboration with all the stakeholders involved.Put in place processes and tools to ensure efficient procurement process for IT and other part of the business Follows up and consolidate scorecards of the suppliers and manage action to be takenShares and communicates with the Edenred Buyers CommunityProcurement ManagementDevelops and manages the knowledge of the company on IT spend, Recruitment fees and Payment Services spend and other key spendConsolidation of needs (volume, technologies, trends, constraints, local specificities)Process flow, cost breakdown by added value and by nature of costsComparison Local, Near Shore and Group optionsQuantifies expected improvements (savings, quality, on time delivery, …)Develops aggressive improvement plan and deliver under scheduleSupplier ManagementIdentify, follow and manage key PPS suppliersFollows up and consolidates scorecards of the suppliers and manages actions to be takenProfessional RelationshipCollects and challenges needs from internal clientsCommunicates procurement plan to the business and stakeholders and management (IT Department, Legal, Business Lines, Finance, etc.)Leads change managementCommunicates on achievement with stakeholders and managementBrings expertise / supports operations when requested by stakeholdersSupports escalation of major operational issuesManages reporting to PPS CFO and Group purchasing directorKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSIT purchasing knowledgeNegotiation skillsFormer experience in IT ServicesExperience in FinTech, PayTech would be a plusLegal aspects of IT PurchasingA minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience and at least 3 years in IT and preferably in a multinational companyStrong and supportive team playerOTHER DETAILSReporting to the Chief Financial OfficerFull time permanent roleHybrid working opportunitiesOffice – London or SwindonDIVERSITYPPS Solutions, part of the Edenred Group, is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
