With consistent ways of working aligned to industry best practice, we build sustainable and predictable sales pipelines for our market-leading offerings.As a Framework Manager you will be responsible gaining and disseminating expertise in Framework scope, pipeline and performance, ensuring adherence to formal processes, and quality reviews.You will operate in a business development focused role, requiring a combination of management, analytical skills, authoring skills, industry knowledge and a detailed understanding of the issues within the delivery process. You will be accountable for building relevant stakeholder relationships within the business development team (spanning all regions, sectors and practices), senior delivery staff, commercial team, finance team and customers.  You will You will continually seek innovative ways to improve productivity, enhancement of collateral and procurement success rates.You will be responsible for:Framework Expertise – Gaining detailed knowledge of frameworks, including scope, procurement timelines, contracting processes and terms. Understanding supplier profiles and framework spend (including performance of other suppliers and future projected spend). You will have knowledge of which frameworks are relevant for Kainos and the benefits of each framework.Framework Relationship Management – Establish strong and trusted relationships with Framework representatives and customer Procurement Leads to influence framework structures and procurements and gain insight into future pipeline. Align, assist and guide business development and delivery colleagues to drive more business through the most suitable Frameworks. Work collaboratively with the business to guide and influence new and existing customer engagements on using relevant Frameworks.Framework Assurance & Compliance – Managing the process to ensure that opportunities are recorded against the correct framework, monthly MI reports are accurate and compliance requirements for frameworks are adhered to.Framework Collateral & Education – Providing regular briefings and training to the Business Development teams to educate and share knowledge. Maintaining regular communication of Framework information, changes and pipeline. Maintain and keep up to date relevant user friendly Framework collateral and guidance, including but not limited to the Framework SharePoint Site, centralising collateral etc.Offerings – Engage with offerings and value proposition owners to understand how best to present these to the market via Frameworks. Generate and maintain a plan for creating /maintaining / facilitating catalogue offerings.Minimum (essential) requirements:We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a relevant commercial environment with broad IT experience and a sound awareness of technology and business trends and their potential impact on future sales opportunities.Understanding of procurements through Government Frameworks, including Digital Outcomes and Specialists, and G-Cloud.General awareness of UK procurement landscape and regulations.Strong commercial awareness and sound understanding of successful sales and pre-sales dynamics.Understands customer’s business drivers and issues and how these can be addressed via Kainos’ solutions.Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Highly capable of multi-tasking and prioritising tasks with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to regular tight deadlines.We all work in teams here in Kainos – a proven ability to manage and motivate team members and lead by example is crucialWe are passionate about developing people – a demonstrated ability in managing, mentoring and coaching members of your team and wider community is importantExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.A positive attitude to overcoming the commercial, technical and staffing challenges facing Kainos and clients.A self starter who is highly motivated and proactive with respect to personal development.Highly flexible attitude with the willingness to work away from home base at timesA person who is affable, credible and enthusiastic who pride themselves on delivering high quality work.WHO YOU ARE:Our vision is to enable outstanding people to create digital solutions that have a positive impact on people’s lives.
