We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!The Partner Performance & Optimisation Team manages the corporate relationships with the Service Partners on behalf of JLL-PAM and our clients ensuring that the values of customer focus, well-being, partnership, ethics and diversity are upheld and that the cultural elements are deployed across the entire network.JOB PURPOSETo work collaboratively with the JLL-PAM Service Partners to deliver the joint objectives and vision of delivering exceptional Customer Experience to our people, clients, occupiers, customers, members and visitors, with responsibility for the Service Partner’s portfolio wide operational delivery.To manage, develop and optimise performance of the Service Partners within the Service Line as well as on a client specific basis (for the Client Teams), leading the activities within the Hard Services service lines (M&E Maintenance, Fabric Maintenance, VT Maintenance and associated consultants).To ensure that the Service Partner organisations are aligned to the JLL-PAM Vision, not only at management (Sales & Commercial) level, but at ground level where the Service Partner employees are the most visible example of the JLL-PAM brand and must also benefit from the training and well-being initiatives offered through the JLL-PAM teams.To work with the Service Partners to develop innovation and value improvement and to ensure that the Supply Chain is agile and delivers excellent service in line with the JLL-PAM sector requirements.To align the Service Partners with the JLL-PAM FM organisation and ensure that service lines are linked across each of the Clients through the Group Service Delivery Managers.To link the Service Partners to the client services through the Client Director and Client Group FM Directors, and align with the Group Service Delivery Managers and Client Lead FMs to ensure that developments within the Service Lines are shared across all Client Groups and each Service Line.To work with the Head of Partner Performance & Optimisation, the Service Partners and the senior JLL-PAM operations team to develop, implement and review and Service Partner management strategies for each of the service lines including the development and setting of ‘best in class’ standards for each stream and contribution to a best practice collaborative operations environmentTo provide centre of expertise to JLL-PAM operations and client facing teams on Service Partner relationships, performance management and optimisation developments within the service lines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLESDevelop and maintain exceptional, strong and long-lasting relationships with JLL-PAM Service Partners to:Ensure full collaboration and delivery of the vision of customer experience.Deliver service, cost improvements and operational efficiencies; paying particular attention to sustainability, ESG and ethical trading practices and compliance with JLL values, policies and client / property specific strategiesPartner Relationship ManagementConduct strategic reviews with key Service Partners in accordance with the JLL-PAM strategy and vision.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the framework Service Partners and their direct sub-contractors within the service line.Own the overall key Service Partner relationships on behalf of JLL-PAM and act as a point of escalation where requiredPartner CollaborationEnsure full collaboration by the strategic Service Partners to identify cost saving and drive service improvement opportunities throughout the managed portfolioService Line DevelopmentUndertake regular audits of key Service Partner operational procedures to ensure integrity of supply chain and control risksIdentify opportunities to create additional value and differentiate the JLL-PAM supply chain from its competitorsPerformance ReportingEnsure that the performance metrics and measures are in line with client needs and the JLL value propositionOperational Performance ManagementMonitor and analyse Service Partner performance in order to identify trends likely to indicate poor performance or delivery excellence including the on-going management of Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and the associated Performance Measurement System (“PMS”).Client Stakeholder ManagementProvide Service Partner relationship management support and training for operations teams, professional consultation to clients, and develop suitable sales collateral to support bids and the sales process for new clientsManage and maintain the client specific requirements of the Service Line, including a full understanding of the volume profile and wider JLL-PAM strategyAnalyse opportunities to improve value visibility and identify future procurement projectsProject manage and act as the point of contact (including managing the Sourcing & Procurement resource) for strategic procurement projects, ensuring JLL-PAM policies and procedures and best practice is followed and value for money is achieved including:Agreeing the list of potential tenderers for the JLL-PAM pre-qualification process.Sign-off on behalf of JLL-PAM of tender documentation (including RFP, specifications, performance measures etc.).Stakeholder engagement and management including stakeholder sign off appropriate to the sourcing event.Facilitating the activities of the tender process, liaising with the Sourcing & Procurement resource, to include site visits, tender clarifications, negotiations, presentations, references etcAppointment of Service Partners to the frameworkMobilisation Management & Contract AdministrationFacilitate and manage changes of contract scope and specification, transitioning suppliers as required by the framework processes.Contract Checkpoint (5 Year) & CompletionConduct full term assessment of Service Partner performance to inform JLL-PAM decisions on framework contract extension.Provide cover for the Head of Partner Performance & Optimisation and other Service Line Managers when required.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEssentialEducated to degree levelAble to demonstrate experience in a broad range of key Supply Chain Management skills including;
