The role will involve organising the return, de-integration and check-in of all Assets equipment and to lead the Assets returns team in terms of scheduling and priorities. Main Outcomes of the Position:To receive, check in and de-integrate all assets safely and professionally, and to manage Assets goods in. To regularly report returns capacity, lost and damaged and forecasting of costs etc. to Asset Operations Manager & Head of Assets UK. Expectations:Work with UK Asset Operations, Assets Technical Manager and TAIT Projects team on scheduling and coordinating returns and Goods In.Supervise and lead all assets returns staff Liaise with logistics companies and TAIT projects team to schedule returns appropriately.Participate in returns meetings and coordinate physical check ins, ensuring that all returns are completed in a timely mannerBe responsible for following up on any missing equipment, coordinating with UK Asset Operations and TAIT Projects team to ensure that items are located or charged back as appropriate.Lead de-integration of shows and organise recycling or disposal of materials where appropriate.Build relationships with, acquire quotes and communicate with suppliers as required Identify and forecast shortfalls and resource gaps General monitoring of stock levels (workshop) / location (Rentalworks) / allocation (jobs) Oversee Assets (UK) Inbound processes and seek continuous improvements. Maintaining technical knowledge through training and mentorship. Be responsible for maintaining tools, work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion Collaborate and communicate with the global colleagues and other TAIT teams.Lead best practice in terms of workshop QHSE, take part in company QHSE meetings as required.Foundation / Position Requirements: Skills, experience, certificationsA good all-round general education.Proven team leadership.Knowledge of hand tools, workshop machinery, and the importance of accurate record keeping.Able to read schematic drawingsExperience in decking and staging servicing and maintenanceExperience of working in technical entertainment supply or equipment rentals Knowledge of Health and Safety in a workshop environment.
