Are you an experienced eCommerce asset expert with excellent collaborator management skills?Join the Western European B2B eCommerce eMerchandising and Content team to manage the creation and implementation of assets across retail and marketing placements.Core Responsibilities• Manage the end-to-end creative and asset development process.• Use data to analyse asset performances across B2B retailer platforms.• Make recommendations for continuous improvements to retail assets and display creatives, then work with partners to implement recommendations.• Build, develop and maintain internal and external creative agency relationships.• Work with our B2B eCommerce retailers and suppliers to execute high quality and high performing assets across Western Europe.• Support on projects to transform our B2B eCommerce asset development processes.• Be responsible for creative agency and production costs and manage the associated financial processes across Western Europe.Play your part in our team succeedingThe B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence is accountable for the execution of all digital/ecommerce-related activities within the region. This team plays a meaningful role in building up commercial capabilities for The LEGO Group.

Together with a global function reporting to our Chief Digital Officer, this team designs, runs and optimizes the entire shopper funnel to support the marketing strategy defined with our regional marketing team to drive commercial results.

Our global Product and Marketing Development team support with eCommerce-focused audience and passion point campaign assets as well as assortment and packaging development.

Our future growth plans are highly related to the ability to lift our e-commerce and omnichannel strategy and execution with our B2B customers and with our D2C team. The purpose and mission of this newly created Centre of Excellence is to develop and execute a coherent digital shopper approach that leverages the strengths of the LEGObrand as well as our unique Operating Model while working in an agile environment.

This team will stimulate the larger regional commercial organization by innovating our digital shopper strategy and ecommerce execution to generate impact and value for our customers and shoppers so that we inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow.Do you have what it takes?• Experience in e-Commerce and/or other marketing disciplines, ideally from a premium consumer brand or digital agency.• Hands-on experience working with eCommerce marketing creatives and/or retail assets.• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn analysis into the creation and execution of assets.• Proficiency in digital campaign measurement tools.• Shopper-centric orientation with proven track-record of acting and developing on shopper insights.• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.Join the global LEGO teamWhat’s in it for you?
