In this role, you’ll shape and deliver outstanding customer journeys across our ecommerce websites. You’ll be owning the CRO programme: including managing strategy, test delivery, identifying opportunities to improve and scale performance, and looking for new avenues to test and grow. You'll use Google Analytics, user testing and other relevant tools to provide actionable insight - ensuring the right audiences are sent on the right journeys from our paid media activity through to conversion.Championing customer experience in everything you do, you'll proactively identify ways to improve customer journeys across all our digital channels.RequirementsYou’ll be a digital enthusiast, passionate about digital marketing and ecommerce, with:Solid experience delivering A/B or MV testing programmesA passion for creating compelling customer journeys and delivering exceptional user experienceStrong analytical abilities, measuring ROI, capturing, applying and sharing learning on an ongoing basisExperience using Google Analytics or a similar web analytics packageUnderstanding of US or global markets a bonusBenefitsAs well as our standard benefits, we have a number of awesome perks available to our staff including:Unlimited Holiday - You read that right!
