Job Title:Brand ManagerJob Description:Role OverviewThis role reports to the Global CMO. The individual will be responsible for the strategic development and flawless delivery of Carat’s global marketing strategy in partnership with the CMO, the Global Brand President of Carat, and other functional leaders. As a successful candidate, you’ll:require a high degree of proactivity, organization, influence, and creativity.be responsible for managing Carat across all touchpoints, delivering meaningful strategic positioning, communications frameworks, and plans and messages to existing clients and prospects, including Client Summits, webinars, the Brand’s presence at events, and awards strategies and budgets. be required to cultivate positive internal and external relationships at all levels – from the CEO to key global thought leaders within Carat, to liaising with external partners, press, and clients.be responsible for contributing strategic marketing recommendations that support and merchandize a wide variety of agency and department initiatives, such as (but not limited to) the evolution of Carat’s positioning, planning, and product, analyst relations, Agency of the Year, and related agency recognition awards. Your responsibilities will include:Brand MarketingProduct Marketing & Thought LeadershipMerchandising our WorkCommunication Skills It would be great if you had:Degree educated4-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand developmentOutstanding organizational skills, with a high degree of proactivity and ability to anticipate problems before they occurProven ability to think strategically, with a balanced analytical and creative approachUnparalleled client service professionalism, maturity, and engagementCollaborative, and able to successfully bring people from different disciplines, internal and external to Carat, iProspect, and dentsu X together to achieve desired outcomes.High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is desirable, but not requiredBroad knowledge of clients and an ability to connect all marketing and comms efforts back to the growth agenda.Experienced in leading and delivering a coordinated internal/External communications strategy across a large employee base/multiple external stakeholders which has successfully driven engagementKnowledge of building an employer brand to attract and retain the best possible talentUsed to operating at a senior management level with the necessary interpersonal skills to challenge and influence at this levelExperience in leading, motivating, and developing a highly regarded business/communications functionDynamic and experienced communications/business leader with a first-class track record ideally gained in fast-paced, innovative environmentsChange communications and the ability to deliver smooth and positive transitionsAbout dentsu international Part of dentsu, dentsu international headquartered in London operates in over 145 markets worldwide with more than 48,000 dedicated specialists.
