Online payments with Nuvei include more than 500 payment methods, about 150 fiat currencies and 40 cryptocurrencies. From global and local credit cards to bank transfers, to wallets, to mobile payments, Nuvei can facilitate most sophisticated merchants needs. The Alternative Payment Network department is looking for an experienced Payment Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful individual will be responsible for managing end to end new payment product setups, with a focus on the commercial and operational relationship with Nuvei’s payment partners and supporting Nuvei’s internal teams to provide complex payment capabilities to all Nuvei’s clients. The ideal candidate has spent a few years in online payments, preferably in various roles with exposure to the end-to-end payment setup flow (e.g. Legal, Commercial, Sales, Merchant Onboarding, Operational/Product activities). They can easily navigate discussions and negotiations with senior members of our partners, review and facilitate discussions around legal agreements and have the right payment and product operational experience. They will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage fluently with various teams and clients across the payment chain to convey changes efficiently with all stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBe part of defining the Alternative Payment Methods expansion strategy;Engage and recruit prospective providers, evaluate offerings and facilitate approvals to prioritize products on the APM development roadmaps;Manage end to end new product launch projects (commercials, legal and operational readiness activities); Manage a network of well-known payment providers around the world; Participate in complex negotiation sessions with partners in respect to industry verticals, tailored payment solution, simplified onboarding models etc.;Coordinate actions related to Legal Agreement reviews and signatures across various teams (legal, product, finance, and other operational teams);Summarize information about new providers and methods offerings in the knowledge base, prepare training documentation and perform trainings for Sales, Underwriting, Matching and Reconciliation; Manage ad hoc and scheduled pricing negotiations with providers; Manage pricing for APM payment methods (from buy to sale rates);Provide advise to Sales about APMs offerings across countries and verticals; Keep the CRM and other related systems of Nuvei up to date with payment info; RequirementsBachelor or equivalent degree in a relevant field of study;Strong background in the online payments industry;Service-oriented, excellent client and retention skills;Good interpersonal skills and a pro-active team player;Strong communication skills (written and spoken);Achievement-oriented, hard worker, capable of sustaining intense workload;Stress resilience.BenefitsA challenging job in a fast developing, international company;Friendly work environment where you can thrive and develop your skills;Competitive remuneration package;An extensive coverage of payment methods which will delight any payment professional.Job SummaryID: F46D26367BDepartment: Commercial eCommerceType: full time
