Beyond our four iconic global brands, we have a unique brand portfolio including among others like Essie and Garnier.You will:Build, steer and implement a 360 external communication strategy in consistency with the international and local guidelines:• Develop a communication plan alongside the Head of Communications • Execute integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, key consumer moments and our brand icons through creative mailers, e-blasts and events • Media relations: manage press relationships• Coordinate with the Paris-based global team for key activations such as Cannes, Paris Fashion Week and new spokespeople announcements • Manage the Communications Assistant for all day-to-day operations of the press office and develop them in their role• Manage internal communication for the brand and help develop the brand image internally• Work collaboratively with the marketing teams to help implement their key activations and priorities• Work with the Head of Communications on L’Oreal Paris’ charity partnerships and causes: Prince’s Trust, Stand Up Against Street Harassment and TerraCycle • Support Head of Communications on any crisis issues or corporate communications when neededYou have:• Second-to-none press and influencer relationships• Minimum 5 years PR experience • Experience in end-to-end event production• A creative thinker and team player with a keen eye for detail• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines• Excellent verbal & written communication skills• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook• Ability to work in a pressurized environment managing multiple projects at once• Experience using a platform that monitors coverage through AVE/Circulation/Mentions to monitor the brands progress You showAmbition: You anticipate, think and dream big, demonstrating a high level of aspiration.
