But as a team we’re unstoppable. To deliver a new kind of ROI, we blend data, technology and brilliant specialists to:Find new opportunities for our clientsScout out new opportunitiesGrow our client businessJob DescriptionJob Title:            DRTV ManagerReports to:        AVInvestment DirectorFlexibility:          Hybrid Working (three days from home and two in the TVC office)The Zenith AV team is organically grown, from the Head of Department down to the Senior Execs, the majority of the team have been promoted into their role after proving their ability to excel and commit to their client’s needs. What will I be doing?As the DRTV Investment Manager, you will be at the heart of this AV team; leading a team of AV buyers to deliver best-in-class activity across DRTV, TV, Video and Cinema mediums ensuring all KPIs and audit specifics are delivered. You will be conversing and learning from Associate Directors and Investment Directors (with years of industry experience) as well as forging effective relationships with your fellow Managers and Execs. Negotiating with various sales house teams to drive added value opportunities for your clientBuilding productive relationships with planning teams and the clients (understanding the client’s organisational structure and the market they operate in)Using the appropriate systems and technology to get under the skin of audience behaviour and consumption of DRTV, TV, Video and CinemaKeeping abreast of changes within the AV marketplace, sharing market intelligence with the AV team, and ensuring all AV administration is completed on time and accuratelyQualificationsTo ensure your success in the role, you will be passionate about your craft, specialise in DRTV, and experienced in building successful AV communication strategies that challenge the status quo and excite your clients.You'll be creative and open to new ideas with the confidence to challenge briefs. A proven track record of managing people, ability to collaborate with people within the team, the wider agency, with clients and media owners of all levels.Key essential skills also include;Demonstrable experience in managing DRTV campaigns; competent in understanding how DRTV trading works including its limitations and advantagesConfident with the implementation planning of DRTV; Brand TV, VOD and Cinema would be an advantage but, not requiredProficient knowledge of Adalyser, BrandOcean/MediaExplorer, TechEdge, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of the media auditing process. Existing relationships with Ebiquity would be an advantageMethodical fact/data-driven decision making, problem-solving mentality. strong negotiation and presentation skillsAdditional InformationHere at Publicis Media, we have some fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
