You will also take ownership of the management and development of Senior executives/ Executives within your team.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiation – best pricing and quality across digital, print and radioEnsuring delivery of agency trading deals, client targets, forecasting and auditsEffective team management – ensure your team delivers optimum planning and buying through clear goals, motivation and developmentSpecialist contribution – thought leadership, leading of meetings, education of wider agency of digital market, contribution to specialist area i.e programmatic, viewability, data, etcEffective implementation – plan and deliver true cross-platform solutions, targeting the user irrespective of the vehiclePitch work – with the potential to become a digital leadQualificationsExpert knowledge and understanding of the field and market developmentsExperience with multiple ad servers (min DV360). In-depth knowledge of the trafficking processMeeting and exceeding the expectations of internal or external clientsYou will have the ability to relationship build with cross-media Buying Teams, Planning teams, Clients and Media Owners.
