We are currently working on an exciting category assignment for a global FMCG business. A market leader in the category, with a portfolio of some instantly recognisable house-hold brands. A highly collaborative and ambitious organisation with a culture that encourages creative thinking and challenging the status quo.
Reporting to the Head of Category, you will be responsible for driving Category engagement across grocery retailers, owning and developing customer relationships, you will successfully deliver winning customer account strategies. Acting as the category partner for the brand team and managing a Category Executive, you will provide a category perspective on key initiatives that drives the brand strategy and delivers growth for the brand and category.
You will have experience of category management within FMCG category with the ability to build powerful partnerships at all levels and communicate with impact and influence. Comfortable working with data and developing compelling stories to positively influence others, you possess a real growth mindset and can effectively manage ambiguity to make things happen at pace.
