Job Title: SDR Campaigns Activation ManagerCountry: EuropeCity: ChertseyEmployment Status: Full TimeDivision: ESI SDR (Inside Sales)Job Responsibilities: BASIC FUNCTION:The SDR Campaigns Activation Manager is responsible for co-ordination, activation, and performance monitoring of all SDR campaigning across EMEA.The SDR Campaigns Activation Manager is a new role within a revitalized sales development (SDR) organization. Based in either Barcelona (Spain) or Chertsey (UK) the remit is to activate SDR aligned programmes and campaigns to create opportunities to engage in demand generation for the SDR teams across EMEA. Although this role will operate across multiple countries in EMEA the business language of ADP is English and the requirement for fluent English is essential. But speaking the language of demand is just as important, as is a real hunger to have a measured impact on a global business. This is a new and unique opportunity to reshape the way we grow our business in EMEA and a high visibility opportunity for the right candidate. Working closely with regional SDR leaders, sales managers & marketing teams, this is a hands-on role that's pivotal to ensure effective activation of the right SDR campaigns to support sales growth targets. Working alongside each of the SDR leaders in country, this role will ensure target segment selection is aligned to sales team focus and the co-ordinated messaging and assets used are aligned to current marketing messaging and campaign platforms. This role is about creating an SDR Campaign Activation Plan to deliver momentum through co-ordination of message and accurate data targeting for SDR teams.To succeed in this role you will know how to navigate a large, complex software and services business across country borders and internal divides, but you will also understand the urgency and accountability of 'owning the number'. You will have a strong track record across the B2B marketing mix in the support of SDR/BDR follow-up, and be expert in bringing together different groups of people to deliver growth in both the mid and enterprise market through direct tele-based demand generation.You will be a skilled project and process manager with an eager eye for metric measurement and monitoring, yet eager to roll up your sleeves and get things done and done quickly. Working with our marketing automation, digital, content and field teams you will be expected to gather and interpret industry and client data points to efficiently build clear SDR campaigns. This position reports directly to the EMEA SDR Director but will work very closely on a day-to-day basis with the wider SDR leader organisation and Marketing teams, in particular the Field marketers for each country and the EMEA Digital Director.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with SDR leaders to deliver cost-effective and scalable activation of campaigns that delivers top of funnel demand for SDR follow-up In partnership with SDR and sales management, build appropriate data segments and persona targets to campaign to Monitor and optimise full lead flow lifecycle -- from creation and routing to nurturing and conversion Creation and ownership of the SDR Campaign Activation Plan and the playbook for success Build campaign, lead and opportunity reporting to ensure ROI success and identify key performance improvement factors Support targeting and segmentation plans by analyzing and advising on growth sectors or regions -- via co-ordination with field teams Work with Field & Growth teams on campaign execution, specifically post-campaign analysis for future improvements Work with digital demand team to ensure top of funnel demand is nurtured effectively by SDR follow-up Improve quality of marketing database through data enrichment campaigning In partnership with the wider sales operations team, develop EMEA SDR dashboards and analysis and provide insight-driven suggestions for improvements Contribute to any corporate initiative as needed.EXPERIENCE: Extensive Knowledge of the HCM/HR/Payroll market would be a distinct advantage Extremely analytical and detail-oriented, with proven project management abilities In-depth knowledge of telemarketing practices and a clear understanding of intent to revenue cycle, an advantage Requires logic and reasoning to identify strong opportunities in the win/loss and market data available Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside of the company (e.g. vendor and agency negotiations & management) Demonstrable knowledge of B2B sales process and marketing/sales hand-offs to achieve best outcomes Proven track record of managing multiple projects on tight deadlines and driving meaningful results International business experience is a definite plus. Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of the overall system design. Problem Analysis/Resolution - Gathers information on issues to construct options and either make decisions or recommends options to Sr. Mgmt., as appropriate Anticipates, identifies, and resolves problems in a timely manner. Assigns tasks to appropriate cross functional resources but most importantly owns the follow-up.
