Join us.Scientific Communications Manager, CardiovascularLIVEWhat you will doThe Cardiovascular Scientific Communications Manager is a key role within our medical affairs and wider brand team, working on our cardiovascular and metabolic portfolio.This role relies on solid organisational and administrative skills, combined with an ability to communicate and advance Amgen’s scientific platform as aligned with Amgen's corporate goals, objectives and affiliate medical plans.This role is integral in ensuring accuracy in the communication of data on our products across the medical and scientific community and supporting our internal cross functional partners. As such this role demands an experienced professional with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex scientific matters with stakeholders at all levels.All activities will be conducted  in compliance with UK ABPI and Amgen regulatory standards and include:Planning the communication of complex cutting edge, scientific information to healthcare professionals.Leading on the planning and delivery of digital channel Medical activities.Key stakeholder of Medical and Brand teams based on Local and Global strategies and team priorities.Partnering and close cooperation with Cross Functional Brand Team members within the UK/Ireland affiliate as well as within our Global organizationLeading in the development of non-promotional educational materials and review of other non-promotional materials as per ABPI and Amgen SOPsProvides support to commercial in the development of promotional materials with scientific content and reviews promotional material as per Amgen SOPsBe part of our teamYou will be joining a Medical team comprising of a Medical Director and Medical Science Liaisons, as well as cross functional brand teams comprising commercial and VAP colleagues.WINWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
