The client have grown internationally quickly and are now looking to replicate this across the UK and EU - which this role will have responsibility for.Job DescriptionThe Successful Ecommerce Manager will be responsible forAll Digital Marketing and Ecommerce on site activityDeveloping UK and EU ecommerce strategy and delivering day to day tasks to ensure this is metWorking collaboratively with a fully cohesive Omnichannel approach to ensure ecommerce can grow without impacting full sales ecosystemManage, influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders at all levels ensuring Ecommerce gets fair voice and representationGrowing the Ecommerce function across the UK and EUManaging budgets and performance with agenciesHiring into the teamThe Successful ApplicantThe Successful Ecommerce Manager willHave great Ecommerce and Digital Marketing ExperienceHave experience working in a D2C Business, ideally within a start-up environmentWant to work with autonomy and has the ability to make decisions which will have a big impact on the future of ecommerce in the brandHave exposure to senior management having worked with stakeholders up to C-suite levelBe passionate about the beauty industry, keen to continue learning and understanding the customer in an ever changing ecommerce environmentBe a strong stake holder manager with confidence influencing at all levelsWhat's on OfferThe Successful Ecommerce Manager will be working with some of the brightest and best minds in the beauty industry.
