It’s this sense of pace, innovating and improving pretty much everything we do, that makes Trainline so exciting and unique - we truly believe our work has a genuine impact and will change travel for the better.The CRM function is developing further every day during an exciting time of growth in both the UK and International – From running large-scale automated CRM programmes to sharing key insights to continuously optimise our effort, the business is looking for a CRM Analytics Manager.ResponsibilitiesSupport the marketing function with strategic planning and development of the marketing plan and CRM strategy utilising your knowledge of the customer database.Producing analysis and delivering insight, to evaluate campaigns and learn from the results, using this insight to shape future campaign plans.Design, develop and deliver accurate and relevant customer selectionsDeliver bespoke and informative analysis to help improve, shape and optimise customer and marketing campaignsManage and execute deeper-dive analytical work to solve business questionsBe part of the cross-functional team to plan and execute all loyalty communications and campaignsKnowledge & ExperienceExperience working in CRM Analytics or a data driven CRM delivery roleBackground in loyalty and digital analytics (data-heavy roles)and completely fluent in loyalty and personalised, omni-channel campaign metrics (channels such as email, app, app push, POS)Proficient in using SQL dailyManaging projects and workload and dealing with multiple stakeholdersManipulating and analysis of large and complex data sets, delivering actionable insights and making recommendationsPresenting insight and recommendations to stakeholders, and using it to drive strategy and decision makingStrong communicator and influencing skills with proven track-record of driving through winning recommendationsWe value open expression at Trainline, we believe it’s the diversity of experience, backgrounds and perspectives of our employees that makes us who we are.
