We do this by understanding our customers and making their shopping experience with us the best it can be, across our websites and physical stores in EMEA.Who You Are:You are reliable, self-motivated, and have strong communication skills. You have a passion for attracting and retaining customers through a combination of technology and content, enhancing the user experience.What You’ll Do: The CRM Manager is responsible for driving EMEA customer database growth initiatives online and in-store.Manage and implement data capture initiatives (online and in-store) for EMEA markets, working with a cross functional team to track monthly KPIs and test new initiatives to increase data capture rates (internal and 3rd parties)Improve customer retention by leading CRM lifecycle journeys across multiple markets and touchpoints. Implement new and optimize existing customer journey strategies, working closely with the Customer Analytics team and external agencies to leverage learnings, insights, and behavioral opportunities.Working alongside the Marketing, Retail and Analytics teams to research and launch new opportunities to increase overall customer repeat rates.Support Digital Marketing with 1st party audience strategy.Support stores in the implementation of the clientelling strategy, tools and processes, including CRM best practices (including GDPR).Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team on in-store clientelling events to drive customer acquisition, client experience and, brand awareness across digital and direct channels.Working with the Global IT CRM team, manage the CRM customer database in terms of hygiene and quality, auditing for accuracy & integration of new data elements.Diagnosing issues arising from projects, working with UAT to triage issues and tickets in a timely manner.Support with growth forecasting and cost management.Line manage the CRM Team (currently 1 direct report), ensuring the delivery of their objectives and the encouragement of their continuous professional development.Support the eventual rollout of the KORSVIP Loyalty program to the EMEA market.You’ll Need to Have:Experience in database growth/acquisition initiativesHighly organized and demonstrably detail oriented.Experience in customer lifecycle programs delivered via email, push and SMS.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExperience in running paid lead generation campaigns on social mediaAbility to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneouslyProficient in Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skillsWe would Love to See:Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Oracle Responsys ESP, and Customer Data PlatformsTeam player with excellent relationship-building and communication skillsDegree level experience, ideally in Marketing or equivalent.Experience in launching/managing a loyalty programExperience within an online retailer or similar Internet-based consumer businessA sense of humor and desire to work in a dynamic and diverse workplace.A Passion for sustainability and finding ways to reduce our impact on people and the planetAt Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
