About the Role:The Sr. Manager, Proposition Pipeline will lead the structuring of programs related to creating a new or enhancing an existing customer value proposition. Focused on aligning propositions to mid and long-term strategies, you will develop a pipeline of propositions intended to provide new revenue streams, create relationships with new customer segments and deepen existing customer relationships. Support the progression of propositions through investment and review stage gates and to go to market launch. You will report to our Director of Proposition Pipeline, part of our larger Marketing & Member Experience Team.Please note, while this role can work remotely in most states, we cannot employ individuals in California.You Will:Oversee propositions or programs identified under one or more benefit territories, either B2B or B2C or B2B2C focused.Identify audiences, understanding user needs and pain points and defining Association benefits and pain relievers through identifying relevant Association offeringsWork with Association product owners and Value Proposition owners to develop propositions or programs and map them to the proposition governance framework.Provide coaching for other Marketing Team lead and propositions owners on what "good is" to improve overall quality and return on propositions and a faster speed to marketYou Have:Educated to degree level or equivalent in marketing, business, finance, or related areaB2C and B2B2C marketing experienceMarketing experience including digital marketing and channel development, marketing strategy and performance trackingAssess proposition proposals against core Association proposition framework including where the value will be created for the user.Customer and market-centric focus with experience of consumer and market research and analyzing data and applying insights to help the customer experience and create value.Think through trends and data and translate them into customer-centric insightsPerformance marketing, mar-tech, marketing automation, CRM, segmentation and engagement modeling, subscriptions, CRM, Agile working practices, data and analytical tools.How We Support You:We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance.
