A Reprise Media Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for leading and managing agency resources to the delivery of high-quality service and digital solutions so that all client needs are met on time, to budget and to the highest standards of service. Reporting into the Affiliate Account Director, you will also assist her in developing short and long-term strategies for the client. You will be supported by the Affiliate Account Analyst and are responsible for contributing to their development.
Leadership & ManagementLead the day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development and executionBe someone the clients and all internal teams trust to get the job doneEnsure that all client campaigns follow the internal Affiliate processBe someone all internal teams and clients respectSet and manage expectations of client and internal teams, especially to ensure Reprise Media has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and serviceDevelop your presence, your perception as an authority/expert, your authentic confidenceBe a master of our internal processesMaintain a full and detailed understanding of all recommendations and proposalsEnsure that all campaigns are executed to plan through close collaboration with your Account AnalystProvide consistent and effective support to Account Directors / Senior Account Managers and Business Performance DirectorPrepare and lead performance review presentationsLead development of regular results analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentationsLead meetings and discussions and ensure accurate contact reports are issued within 24 hoursInnovation & InitiativeUse your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clientsContribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetingsWork with an attitude of ‘it’s up to me to make it happen’Client RelationshipsDevelop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business and the goals of the clientWork to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure Reprise Media provides the right response at the right time in the right mannerAchieve a level of relationship with your clients whereby they trust and value your opinions and advice on their digital marketing activityBe reliable; be responsive; have integrityExcellence in Client ServiceEffectively set and manage client expectationsUnderstand individual client needs (on specific projects and beyond) so you can help them be successful in their roles, and to their bosses; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs wellEnsure all media schedules, forecasts and recommendations are fit for client and it’s easy for the client to access and review the work (e.g. URLs, passwords, formats, conference call details, etc)Ensure all campaign costs are accurately quoted and campaign forecasts are approved by respective Account Director / Senior Account Manager prior to going to clientEnsure media schedules are delivered to and approved by the client prior to campaign going liveEnsure clients are notified immediately of changes to project scope or project costsProvide counsel to client’s marketing issues and opportunities, engaging Account Director as appropriateHave a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on their area of responsibilityHave a solid understanding of the Reprise Media disciplines, ensuring that you never send on information that you do not fully understand yourselfDemonstrate a genuine interest in client’s businessMonitor trade press relating to your client’s businessMonitor your client’s competitors and their activityPositively represent Reprise Media at all timesGeneral & AdministrativeEnsure all documents are saved on the network drivesMaintain an organized filing system on the network drives to ensure others can find documents with reasonable easeUnderstand how equipment works in meeting rooms/how to get internet connections for clients/etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
Good knowledge of performance based and affiliate marketing (B2C & B2B)Good knowledge of affiliate platforms – Awin, Rakuten, Impact, Google AnalyticGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Exel, Powerpoint, Word)Account & project management or similar relationship management experience requiredAnalytical and good with numbersSales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environmentFluent English - both written and spoken
