DescriptionAs the Monetization Strategy team, our goal is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US, and are expanding our team in London.(As part of this role, you will be):- Having a regional scope & developing monetization strategy in Europe by partnering with key stakeholders across predominantly sales/commercial functions.- Owning revenue, budget, HC planning & alignment.- Defining key performance metrics and tracking progress, providing consistent optimization for business operations.- Collaborating with cross-functional & cross-regional teams to ensure effective cooperation.Qualifications(Our ideal background for this role):- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in corporate strategy at internet companies, management consulting or investment banking.- Knowledge of the digital advertising industry is desirable but not essential.- Demonstrable analytical and modeling skills, ideally with experience of BI tools.- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.- Fluency in English and another European language.We are looking for proactive, hard-working people who embrace ownership and are driven to make a positive impact on the world.
